Someone just posed this question to me, saying a doctor said normally Premarin is used but he himself feels it has many side effects. He thought natural hormones would be better but he didn't have any suggestions. Does anybody have any ideas? I am on my 2nd week of his colon cleanse, does anyone have any experience with this. The best bet is the natural herbal hormone replacements found in wild yam root, Dong Quai (Angelica), Chaste Tree Berries, and Blue and Black Cohosh. Love, Doc PS. Guest guest Posted May 3, 2001 Report Share Posted May 3, 2001 Dear Sherry, Good on you for starting the cleanses and Schulze's formulae work very well. Keep it up and you'll be doing great. Remember to take the #2 at least 5 times a day or it won't work. 6 times a day is best. You also have to increase your #1 when doing the #2 or you may plug up again. You need to have at least 2 to 4 bowel movements a day when doing this program. You may not notice much of a parasite cleansing until you get into his Liver/Gallbladder Flush where he has most of his anti-parasite herbs. In my formulation of the #1 Cleanse, I also use Black Walnut Hulls and Wormwood as it has been my experience that the best place to start the parasite killing part of the program is with the #1 formula. Just my two cents.
