Guest guest
Hi Mary, Well, I don't know what Ian would say about this, but the colon cleansing is the first one that is recommended that you do anyway, and you aren't hurting anything when you do it. I feel so-so about the Cleanse #1, personally, but ah! When I get to the Cleanse #2....now THAT is a really wonderful thing! True, taking the stuff every two hours 5-6 times a day is really tough, and pretty much you either have to stay home or take it with you when you go out.....but it does a really terrific job. I just don't see how cleansing your colon could EVER hurt you....not cleansing it is what really hurts us. Guest guest
Mary, Ooops.....important. I forgot to mention that in many cases you would not be needing #1. In fact, you really should read about the #1 and #2 in the Herbal Remedies Files under Dr. Schulze and Dr. Christopher. You'll get a lot of information there. Note this part: " If a person has Colitis, an ulcerated colon, Crohn’s Disease, an irritated, aggravated, or inflamed bowel or 3 or 4 bowel movements a day with some diarrhea, they do not need to stimulate peristalsis so they do not need to use Intestinal Cleanse #1. " Regarding #2, " This formula is a strong purifier and intestinal vacuum that will draw old fecal matter off the walls of your colon and out of any bowel pockets. It will also draw out poisons, toxins, heavy metals such as mercury and lead, and even remove 3,000 known drug residues and radioactive material such as strontium 90. Its natural mucilaginous properties will soften old hardened fecal matter for easy removal and also make it an excellent remedy for any inflammation in the stomach and intestines. " Regarding product suggestions, for these particular cleanses you can use Doctor Schulze's products, or Ian's. I use Ian's, but it's better if you sign up for his wholesale club though as it is less expensive (go to Files under Doc's Wholesale Club). Valerie and does anyone have any > product suggestions. Guest guest
Valerie, Sounds like good advice. I think Ian will agree and perhaps add more. When I take the #2 powder out with me I just take the powder, a small yogurt container and water or juice with me. Then when it is time to take it, I put everything in the yogurt container, hold the lid on tight, shake well and down it. Once I stupidly premixed it and had a thick drink to confront when the time came to take it. Don't suggest that one! Another thing I try to do to keep it simple is to plan on taking it every two hours say 10, 12, 2, 4 and 6 and then I usually forget to take it exactly on time and then adjust to 1, 3, 5 and 7 since every 2 to 3 hours is what's needed. I've been off the internet for a week. Good to see your name and read your suggestions. Keep up the good work!
