I haven't written in a while for I have been busy. But I got my first bee sting in over 15 yrs because I do react so violently to them. What started out yesterday as a welt the size of a half dollar has now taken over my whole upper arm, it is hot red, itchy and very swollen with pain. I have tried benedryl for I keep it on hand just in case of this and calamine lotion but no relief is there anything I can use to give me some relief. My DH is on the road so I dont have the car but I have a large amount of dried herbs in my herb cupboard so if someone could give me some kind of recipe to use I need to do this soon so I dont have to go to the hospital for a silly bee sting.

Thanks Gina

Externally = Fresh Prickly Pear cactus juice/gel applied directly on the sting. If you have no Prickly Pear then use a poultice of Plantain and/or Comfrey

Internally = Echinacea Tincture; Plantain and Comfrey Tea; Total Tonic; lots of Garlic and last but not least Bee Pollen.

Love,
