I'am currently trying for baby #2 for 2 years. have gone through fertility work up and iui. what herbs are best for me. I'am currently trying rosemary gladstar vitex. The best herbs to use after that would be Dong Quai (Angelica), Wild Yam rhizome, & Chaste Tree Berries. You would probably not get pregnant while taking them, but would be at your most fertile after you stopped.
