Guest guest
Fenugreek is good, as is Dong Quai. Do a " google " search and learn more--loads out there. love, kristine
Guest guest
I recently had an ovarian cyst which was successfully treated. Apart from really looking after my diet, and doing mild liver and blood cleanses (cysts can be related to overloaded liver),with herbs like dandelion and yellow dock, I found castor oil packs wonderful, over my abdomen, often I would leave them on all night. Also, I used herbs such as False Unicorn, Chaste tree, Wild yam, Dong quai, and Licorice, and I was told about Peony which is a Chinese herb which I was going to try next but found my cyst had gone. I also used cayenne to facilitate good circulation, which I know I sometimes dont have. There is some info in the files I was put onto which I found useful. Good luck- I have written to this list before about it, I dont know if anyone who needed it then saved it. good luck love Peela Get email at your own domain with Mail. http://personal.mail./
Guest guest
Thanks Kristine and Peela. Peela, I've read about the castor oil packs and will probably do them if the cyst doesn't go away soon. I feel that my body is trying to find a " new " balance since the endo has been removed. Have you (or anyone)ever used uterine massage? A midwife taught it to me, but there is something about it that makes me uncomfortable. Haven't quite put my finger on what it is yet. Thanks again, Bobbi Sue
Guest guest
>Have > you (or anyone)ever > used uterine massage? I havnt, although I often give myself an all over massage and rub my abdomen, but its not specific. When I had the ovarian cyst, it didnt feel good to rub that area, in fact it ached. It also hurt during sex. However I did often lay and rest with my hands over the area sending it lots of energy and asking it to reveal to me what I needed to learn from it, and what I could do to heal it. I did that with the castor oil pack on too. I was never sure if I was understanding the answer, but I must have somewhere, because it went. love peela Get email at your own domain with Mail. http://personal.mail./
