It balances your sodium and potassium levels, your alkaline/acid rations in your body. It's simply: 1 cup organic black strap molasses(I got mine at Walmart) 1 cup Raw organic apple cider vinegar I put mine in an old Worcestershire sauce bottle. I save bottles and jars for tinctures and such. You're supposed to take 2-6 tablespoons of it a day. Oh boy!!!! Well, I did not know that there was "mother"--some slimy alive thing in my raw apple cider vinegar. Well, I knew it, but never actually "met" it before. So what do I do with the mother?? Is it possible to put it in regular storebought apple cider vinegar, to make it organic or would that ruin it?? or do I juice a bunch of apples and put it in the juice?? I am totally grossed out and it will take me a week or two just to think about it, if anyone even comes up with the solution as to what to do with the mother. Its THERE, and I'm not using any more vinegar till I decide what I can do with it. I am so grossed out this morning, but realize this is something natural and organic.
