Hi Doc,

I have a question that I hope you can help with. I get migraines/sinus

headaches that are associated with drops in the barometric pressure. It has

been rainy here all week this week and I have now had this ongoing headache

for 3 days.

Any suggestions? I have done the total cleanse in hopes that might help but

so far no relief. It makes it kind of hard to work and concentrate in so much

pain. Thanks for any help that you might be able to provide.

Paulissa,

Not sure that I want to meet that mother lol!!!!! Thanks for the info and

will definitely be trying these suggestions. As for diet, no dairy, wheat,

gluten etc in my diet due to my asthma, plenty of fresh fruit and veggies,

fish at least 2xs a week, I try to limit red meat for the same reasons as

dairy (toxins etc) and exercise 45-60 minutes at least 4xs per week but

usually more. Hope this is the info that you need.

Hi Paulissa,

Ginger, Garlic and Inversion therapy.

Take a slice of fresh organic ginger and just suck on it for a while when the headache starts. You also need to up your garlic intake (3 to 6 cloves a day). And lastly, to get immediate relief you should try inversion therapy (hanging upside down) a couple of times to see how that helps. At first it may turn the headache on even stronger, but should disappear when you come upright again.

You may also have a potassium deficency and the remedy for that is Panter Piss. Cheap to try so give it a whirl.

Without knowing your diet, lifestyle, etc, that's the best I can suggest at this time.

Love,

Doc
