Guest guest
Could it be eye stress? Cayenne really helps to increase circulation in the eye area. I take 1/8 t. cayenne (from the herbal store, not the kind you cook with, as I'm sure it's been more altered, and from what I understand, heat ruins cayenne's abilities) in a cup of water twice a day. It does wonders for my vision! ~Cheryl - Kristie or Patrick Crawford herbal remedies Monday, April 02, 2001 7:43 AM Re: [herbal remedies] Re: Tea I am not sure what it is caused from. I am thinking maybe it is sinus as myeyes hurt too but not really sure. Like I said before herbs are not readilyavailable in my area. There is one "health food shop" here in town andthat's it. They have mostly pills and not just the plain herb.Kristie
