I'm wondering if soy milk/yogurt would still be considered a " mucus " food or dairy to avoid. Any ideas or info? Thanks and Blessings, Janet E. Guest guest
As long as the Soy Yogurt is GMO free and Organic, you're probably OK with this but I'd research the source. Check some of the back messages on SOY as there is some great data there on Soy and GMO. Those back posts say it all.
