Hi Busy Lady,

Wow sounds like quite a schedule but well worthwhile.

You are already helping people a lot.

Think what you will be like in a few more years.

I'm glad you are enjoying your pursuits.

Have fun and learn lots!!

Love, Valorie

Re: [herbal remedies] Chronic Constipation?

Hi Valorie,

Well I am a busy girl.... I am taking the master herbalist course.....

Also I go part time to community college and full time to the university.... The end of next year, as long as I keep up the pace...I will have my bachelor's degree in human services <counseling> Then Spring 2003 I will be going to the Southwest School of Naturopathic Medicene <4 years> to get my ND so I can practice. As you know in Arizona I have to attend this school since state licensing is a must here.

I am enjoying being back in school and can't wait to get my ND!

God Bless,

Jamie

Re: [herbal remedies] Chronic Constipation?

Hi Jamie,

Isn't the Udo's oil and Flax Seed oil a wonderfull health discovery!!

Every time I run out of Udo's oil my skin and lips get rough in a couple of days and as soon as

I start taking it again this improves almost immediately.

Udo says that the softness of your skin is the indicator that you are getting enough. He says he

personally takes 3 tablespoons a day in the Summer and 4 tablespoons a day in the Winter.

I've heard it supports the bowels but yours is the first testimonial I've heard to verify this.

Thanks!
