Wow,

 

Heading to the kitchen to make this now-closet cleaning got to me yesterday.

Amazing how timely we are on this list!! Thanks for sharing! Btw, I got the

SAM-E and some Valerian root and will try that for my anxiety. Thanks to

those of you who have made suggestions.

[herbal remedies] Sore Muscle Soak

 

Sore Muscle Soak

10"x10" piece of cheescloth 1/2 cup Epsom salts 1/2 cup baking soda 1 Tbls. Sage 1 Tbls. Marjoram 1 Tbls. Chamomile 1 Tbls. Pine needles 2 teas. lemon balm 2 teas. peppermint 10 drops essential oil of Eucalyptus, Peppermint or Juniper Place all the ingredients in center of the cloth. Add the essential oil into the baking soda and then tie the bag. Tie the bag beneath your tap and let the hot water flow through it. Use the bag to massage your entire body with while in the tub. This mix can be prepared ahead of time and sealed in a jar for later use. Good for all skin types. Use when desired to relax tense, sore muscles. The fragrance will help soothe frayed nerves.
