The Organic Solutions Wholesale Club just started carrying it for $15 for a 17 oz bottle. Next best is an Organic Flaxseed oil picked up in your healthfood store. With someone in your condition, I'd recommend 2 tablespoons twice a day or even 3 times a day. You can take up to 10 tablespoons a day without any negative effects or "fat" overload ;o) Anyone who has sensitive skin or can not handle direct sunlight should be on this oil. It is miraculous. I hadused the oils once before for a dry skin condition and it worked like amiracle. I would buy EFA'S I think the brand name was. Well this lasttime, I bought the Vitamin Shoppe brand....I have to tell you...it didZERO for me!! I have no idea what they did to their oils....maybecrisco? LOL ! I never buy store brand but I did this time.I am hoping I will have better results with the brand that you hadmentioned. Does UDO'S make any other products? Now with the Udo's, it instructs to take 2T. a day...but I think you hadmentioned we could take more? Is this correct?
