Angie,

There is formula called Intestinal Cleanse #1. I would imagine the data on it is in the files but Doc can tell you more about it or send you a data sheet if you can't find it. Read the data on Intestinal Cleanse #2 also in the event of irritable bowel problems.

Hi Jamie,

Isn't the Udo's oil and Flax Seed oil a wonderfull health discovery!!

Every time I run out of Udo's oil my skin and lips get rough in a couple of days and as soon as

I start taking it again this improves almost immediately.

Udo says that the softness of your skin is the indicator that you are getting enough. He says he

personally takes 3 tablespoons a day in the Summer and 4 tablespoons a day in the Winter.

I've heard it supports the bowels but yours is the first testimonial I've heard to verify this.

Thanks!

Dear Angie,

The Intestinal Cleanse #1 Formula in the Files is second to none. I recommend you go that route.

First of all, what kind of diet does your friend eat?

If s/he eats enough fiber (nine servings of fruit and

veggies a day) and drinks plenty of water, s/he

shouldn't have this problem. Also, stress leads to

constipation.

There are several things that I use for occassional

constipation; the best is, of course, a small glass of

prune juice right before bed: tried and true.

Other cures for constipation I have found are helpful

are slippery elm bark & licorice root. These should

_not_ be used if your friend is pregnant!
