Guest guest
Hello, I have a friend that is having an unplanned baby (the guy got 10 yrs) and she is insulin dependent. Other than the usual pregnancy herbs are there any that would help her with the diabetes to make this pregnancy safer? Thanks! Kayte
Guest guest
Astragalus is what she needs. I'd actually recommend the entire Total Nutrition Formula for her as well which has Astragalus in it. Check the files for the formula and recipe. Guest guest
Thanks, I found the recipe...but I can only find the nutritional yeast flakes...not powder...can I use only the flakes in place of the powder as well or should I throw it in my blender? Guest guest
Yes you can. Not perfect, but all you need to do is double up on the flakes and it'll work.
