Furthermore, they use other "minerals" and ingredients to get larger eggs which destroys the integrity of the calcium. In my books, it's a definite NO NO! Ian, Of course I understand about the need for organic eggs here but my question is about the lemons... they have such a thick skin. It makes me wonder if I need to buy organic lemons. Thank you...
