Dental caries: Grind the root of Plumbago zeylanica to make paste. Apply 5 g of the paste in the tooth, which is infected for once only.

I found this on a website about Plumbago. I want to make tinctures tomorrow. Do you all think that this would work as a tincture even though it says make a paste with the root??? Maybe I could take a small plant, grind the root in my granite morter and pestle and tincture it??? or is this reeeeeally stretching it too far???
