Guest guest Posted March 23, 2001 Report Share Posted March 23, 2001 Hi, I am on bowel cleanse 1 and today I started detox (cleanse2), I am confused about cleanse1 tablets.. It says that I should increase by 1 after I start cleanse2. Does it mean that If I am using 3 right now, should I go 4,5,6,7,8 till the and of the cleanse2 or increse it to 4 and stay there for the rest of the cleanse2.. Guest guest Posted March 23, 2001 Report Share Posted March 23, 2001 I think it means that if you need to increase the intestinal cleanse1 you can, in order to have the 2 to 4 bowel movements a day. When you start #2, you may need to increase. Increase as much as needed, by one more capsule each day. Most people need only 3 to 5, but a few have needed 30. I hope this helps. Start off with 1 on the first day with your dinner and if you don't go WOW the next morning you raise the dosage to 2, then 3, etc until you find your own personal dosage (2 to 4 bowel movements a day). When you start doing the Intestinal Cleanse #2, you automatically raise your #1 dosage by one capsule. If your BM drops below 2 a day you may need to add even more until you get back up to at least 2 BMs a day. Hope this helps.
