Guest guest
Doctor, I went to the files and found the formula for your Total Nutrition supplement. It looks wonderful and I'm anxious to begin incorporating it into all of our diets. But where in the world do you find all of these ingredients-I'm assuming not at my local vitamin/herb shop? There is an herb store within an hour from us, and I'll call them to see what they have there available-but are there any online sources you can point me to, or any other suggestions? Also, I was wondering what are " UDO's " ? Please forgive my ignorance with all of this-I'm learning! I was also wondering if you recommend a meatless and dairy-less diet for optimal health. We do eat (only organinc) dairy and meat in moderation, and with no allergies (that we're aware of!) we seem to be okay with it. But I often wonder, if no dairy and meat would help optomize our health-especially our kids. I want to learn all I can about health and nutrition for their benefit, as well as our own. We do not vaccinate (after our first had a vaccine reaction that she still suffers with) and believe that it is such a big responsibility to get them off to the best start in life with good nutrition and instilling the good habits that I know will carry with them. Any tips/pointers/good reads, etc. would be greatly appreciated!!! Thank you so VERY MUCH for your time, I can't tell you how much I appreciate it!! Blessings, Kristina
Guest guest
Dear Kristina, If you live near a fairly large healthfood store, they should have all or most of the ingredients. If they don't then send me a private e-mail as my company Organic Solutions manufactures the product. Udo is the first name of Dr. Udo Erasmus who developed the formula for Udo's Choice Perfected Oil Blend. It is a tremendous ORGANIC source of Omega 3, 6 & 9 fatty acids. His company is one of the few where the product never touches plastic. Stainless steel and glass only which is why I promote and validate it. I know you can get it in your local healthfood store. Guest guest
Totally safe for kids and for the fetus. It'll build strong healthy bodies while keeping momma healthy as well. Just remember the 150 rule as far as dosages for kids are concerned. Take the childs body weight and put it over 150 and break the fraction down to its smallest common denominator. IE. A 50 pound child would get 50/150 = 1/3 the dosage. As far as your pregancy is concerned, it'll do nothing but help the fetus to grow while keeping you in excellent health. Let me know how your first batch works out. Much love, Doc Ian "Doc" Shillington N.D.505-772-5889Dr.IanShillington Thank you Doctor!! I'll be on the phone tomorrow to my local herb stores to see if I can track down all the ingredients- I can't wait to incorporate your formula into our diets, I know it is going to be just what I need to recuperate after giving birth (which will be anytime in the next couple of weeks!). And I forgot to ask-are all ingredients safe during pregnancy and while nursing? Also safe for little kids (2 and 4yo)as well? Thank you!!
