I am on bowel cleanse1, and taking 3 tablets. After I swallow them, I

start feeling a burning in my stomach, and It does not stop till I go

to bed..Is it normal, has anybody had the same thing?

 

I would like to learn what bowel cleanse made for those that tried? I

am hoping that it will help my IBS, (bloating, pain and

constipation). Had anybody has success with that??

Colonics have helped me with all that tremendously. Also ginger tea.

Dear Gamze,

 

You need to take the Intestinal Cleanse #1 with your evening meal or just before your evening meal. Taking it on an empty stomach will give you heart burn. Taking it with yogurt will also stop the stomach pains.
