With these vaules anything below 5 or above 15 would be out of normal limits. That doesn't mean if your 4 it's to low or if it 15 its to high. It would depend on any effects you are having because of high or low levels. Ranges within normal limits are made just as a basis so people reading lab reports have a baseline. Just like an normal blood pressure should be 80/120. If your Blood pressure is lower or higher it doesn't mean you have low or high blood pressure- Unless you have symptoms. People are very different and needs of each person body is different. So, someone can have levels out side the normal range and that could be normal for them. I hope this helps.
