Guest guest
Hi All, Can someone point me in the direction of a treatment plan for a 9 year old with recurrent Strep? It doesn't give her a sore throat; it causes vomiting, headache, and weakness. Her doctor is very good about avoiding antibiotics when possible, but we have her on a second course of them right now. In addition, I have her on Echinacea, 1000mg Vitamin C 3 times a day, Acidopholous, off all sugar, and on a fresh foods diet as much as I can. She is homeschooled, so she's not exposed directly to a lot of kids every day, but her older sister is in school, and my husband is in different nursing homes daily, so they are exposed. I can't find a direct source for the re-infection! Any ideas? Peggy A
Guest guest
Sound to me like the same infection is coming back. Looks as if you are doing all the right things but need to do just a little more. If your echinacea is good high quality stuff, then continue with that while remembering that echinacea should be ideally on a one week on one week off usage. Make the Total Tonic Formula as in the files and use that. While waiting for the Total Tonic to perk, have her take 4 cloves of organic garlic a day by cutting them in half and dipping them in organic olive oil and swallowing like a pill. The final action I'd take is to give her a very hot bath every night before she goes to bed for at least a half an hour. Get it as hot as she can stand it and make sure she drinks at least 4 cups of hot herbal tea while in the tub. The false fever you are creating will double her white blood cell count for every degree you can raise her temperature and with the above herbs will knock out the strep. Let me know how it works out. Guest guest
Peggy, If it were me, I think I'd consider using Usnea. It's a tree Lichen off an oak tree. I've used it with success with a Staph infection! Worked great! Hope this helps.
