Guest guest
I just realised I have a list on the fridge of things to do for ovarian cysts which I gathered from Rosemary Gladstar (Herbal Healing for Women), Christine Northrup (Womens' Bodies, Women's Wisdom) and Ruth Trickey (Women, Hormones and the Menstrual Cycle). It was just to remind me of all the things I could be doing to help myself. Maybe it can help someone else. Herbs- cleansing, hormonal, liver, circulatory (and maybe stress herbs too) Spirulina, Bee Pollen, Pectin, Lecithin,(or Total Nutrition formula, but I didnt have it) Evening Primrose Oil 1000mg a day Dong Quai, small piece (or tincture) a day Floradix (good iron supplement) Vit E Shitake mushrooms Castor Oil pAcks Green Clay packs Ginger Packs Sitz baths Aromatherapy- clary sage, rose oil, lavender Good diet- low in fat, lotsa vegs grains, fruit Make sure not constipated (colon is close to ovaries!) love peela Get email at your own domain with Mail. http://personal.mail./
