Guest guest
Hello Ian, Thank you for the welcome. I have a bit of trouble eating with my meds and now I'm detoxing from them I took myself off all they gave me and now I eat a bit more a lot of soups. The basics I guess not a lot of meat though. I drink a lot of tea..Coffee or juice. maybe a soda or two a day. Hope that helps thank you once again. Love and peace, Kim --- " Ian Shillington N.D. Guest guest
Whewww! If the tea is caffeine tea, you need to switch over to herbal teas without the caffeine. The coffee has to go and so do the sodas, but gently though. If you cut 'em out cold turkey, you could go into a major detox and into a healing crisis too fast. I'd recommend you cut back slowly. The other things to go are anything with white flour and/or white sugar in them. They may look pristine, but they are deadly. Now, as far as what you should be doing, ya gotta go ORGANIC all the way and cultivate a taste for raw veggies and fruit. This should help you dramatically.
