Pearl, and all, I hate to be the sceptic too, but I do not

believe that our American farmers are feeding dead animals

to their cows. The author of that article is from the UK.

The UK is promoting canola oil, which is made from rape seed.

It is actually the cause of mad cow disease and that fact

is being hidden by these false accusations. I do not like

red meat, and in fact the antibiotics, and hormones fed to

animals is bad enough to warrant staying away from red meat,

and ALL mass produced meats. Canola oil is far more pervasive

in our foods than we might realize, and there are websites

out there telling us about the harm it does, including

Mad cow disease. EFA's are important to brain function.

Canola oil is toxic, as it is treated with extreme high heat.

No one is really getting enough of the good oil these days.

Omega 3 fatty acids are those that we are deficient in.

We get more than we ought to get of the 6's. Supplement

for the 3's and don't worry about the rest.

Remember one tactic to get the public's attention away from

one fact, is to bedazzle with lots of...well you know...

Love,

Kris

I really don't mean to be a sceptic...but how do we know they are really

what they say? How do we know they didn't fed their steer the very

things that cause mad cow? Do we really know any more?

Don't forget to watch 60 minutes tonight. I sure hope they don't white

wash the situation....
