I really don't mean to be a sceptic...but how do we know they are reallywhat they say? How do we know they didn't fed their steer the verythings that cause mad cow? Do we really know any more?Don't forget to watch 60 minutes tonight. I buy my meat from a farmer in my state(iowa). He

sells through my local health food store and he drives

the meat over himself once per month. I trust him

because he cares about his product as much as I do.

It takes some effort but it's worth it to seek out a

local farmer. I know there are alot of vegetarians on

this list and that is your choice. I personally feel

much healthier when I get my protein from meat.

I guess we could all just quit eating and drinking!

 

Really though, we have to have faith in people who sell Organic and such

until all the laws are in place about it. Arizona just got new laws & I am

very happy, they start summer this year.

 

Trust your instincts and look around.
