Welcome back Kris, but I'm concerned about your going through such a traumatic time with your ex. You certainly have my best wishes that you come through it OK. The only advice I can offer you is to steel yourself up as much as possible and to get completely unreasonable about defending yourself. You have to get it across to him that you are going to survive, flourish and prosper regardless of what he throws at you and that you're just not going to stand for any nonsense whatsoever.

My thoughts are with you.

Much love,

Doc

[herbal remedies] Out of the dark

I have been away from the net since last December. Some of you might remember me, but I have noticedlots of new names posting. I just thought I wouldpost to let everyone know I am back. I did post aURL, but I have been too tired to say much as of yet.I was in the UK for a while, trying to get awayfrom a psycho ex. When I tried to return home hekilled our remaining animals the night beforemy return. (He killed our 7 rabbits the first timeI was to return, just the night before.) It has beena real nightmare, I have been in a lot of shock, anddon't know if I can even recover from all the stress of having a long term stalker. I take greatcomfort in the aid given to me from my Father in Heaven.I wanted to tell the person who had skin problems thatmy skin has had its dry patches and I have found thatwhen I cut back on yeast in my diet, and also sugar whichfeeds yeast (fungus) growing in the gut, that my skinhas cleared up tremendously. EFA's also are a BIGhelp, Dr. Shillington is right on there and about DMSO as well. I have not heard him give any advice that everwent contrary to other practitioners I am familiar with...I just wish mainstream MD's were better informed, andnot pressured to avoid any information that is not"approved" by their establishment bosses.Love,KrisFederal Law requires that we warn you of the following: 1. Natural methods can sometimes backfire. 2. If you are pregnant, consult your physician before using any natural remedy. 3. Hi Ian!

Thanks for the welcome back. The ordeal with my ex has

been beyond measure. When he killed my husband's dog and

my goat that was the final act that convinced my husband

we could not stay in close proximity to my ex. I have

known that for a very long time. I have learned that

psychos thrive on the attention they get for their

behavior, so the only thing I can do is avoid any contact

whatsoever. But with many blessings from above our little

family will indeed go on with our lives and live well

and prosper. I cannot even begin to tell you of all the

wonderful happenings that have transpired to make our

relocation so much easier. Prayers work!

I wanted to add a little p.s. to what I posted about

Mad Cow disease. Back when I was really into goats I got

on some farm lists. There were lots of farm folks out there

learning about all the bad stuff being put into their feeds,

and so they were trying very hard to learn how to raise

their animals with their own homemade grain and feed mixes.

By hearing all their chat and interaction I find it more

than " believeable " that there are sources for natural meats.

Farmers hate to lose animals to disease and poor nutrition.

Many are learning that it is more profitable to feed their

animals good feed rather than the purina chow mixes that

include questionable products.

Kris
