Guest guest
I am familiar with the 3 and the 6 but have the 9 down on my research list of things to do. About #14 on my priority list at the moment ) Had the same question and couldn't get a straight answer. Let me know what you find out. Love, Doc Ian "Doc" Shillington N.D.505-772-5889Dr.IanShillington There is also a blend of the 3-6-9 oils. When I went to the health foodstore they told me that the 3 oils together were more effective. I amnot really sure what the 9 is for. Would anyone know this?Pearl (NY)
Guest guest
Don't know what brand you're taking so couldn't vouch for any reactions. Dr. Udo Erasmus who developed the Udo's Choice formula says there is no reaction up to 10 tablespoons but neglects to mention if there are any over ten. A good quality Flax Seed Oil will have all three (3, 6, & 9) and I've taken up to 8 tablespoons without any adverse reactions whatsoever. I take an average of 4 tablespoons a day and that handled my dry skin, and I live in the high desert. According to UDO, start with 4 and work up until your condition is handled.
