Guest guest
Best source of "kelp" that I know of is the Norwegian Purple Dulse. You can get it whole, strips or powdered. Check your local healthfood store. They'll probably have it. I have brought some sea kelp (Fucus vesiculous) whole plant form in 100mg tablets, (150mcg Iodine) How many tablets daily, I would really like to kick start my system and see some improvement over my thyroid so can I start on a higher dose then decrease to a RDA later? What would anyone recommend for levels? Is there a different between a product worded 'kelp' to 'sea kelp'???Many thanks for any advice,Michelle
