Guest guest
Hi Raymond, To do a proper detox, you'll need to come off of the Tea and Coffee (even decaf) but I suggest you do this over a period of time before you cut cold turkey. Well done on getting rid of the artificial sweetners, they are deadly. A good gradient to starting a detox is to start eating more organic raw foods. It's a good place to start. Then take a look in the files under "Cleanses" and go from there. Guest guest
Raymond, I recommend 2 to 4 tablespoons of UDO's Oil or Flaxseed Oil every day for the skin (It'll handle other things as well) and you should notice a difference within 24 hours. The stuff is amazing. Good on deciding to do the cleanses. This can make a tremendous difference in your life. Guest guest
Dear Raymond, Omega 3 and Omega 6 oils are very good for the body for many reasons and when taken in sufficient amounts are known to handle dry skin. The manufacturer of Udo's Perfected Blend Oil says he takes 3 tablespoons in the summer and 4 in the winter and that the index you use for whether you are taking enough is how soft your skin in all over your body. Udo Erazmus, is a considered by many to be the top authority on the nutritional value of Omega 3 and Omega 6 oils. He states that the skin is the first to lose and the last to receive nutrients so therefore soft or dry skin is an indicator of getting enough or not getting enough of these essential oils. Another statement that he says has been scientifically proven is that by adding these oils to your diet you will reduce your chances of heart attack and stoke by 40%. I think Udo's oil is an excellent product; however, if the cost is a bit much for the budget, try Organic Flaxseed oil or 1/4 cup of ground Organic Flax seed in a morning drink. Guest guest
Raymond, I agree with Jamie 100% re the cleanses. They are basic to good overall health. The Omega 3 and 6 would be in addition to these programs not instead. Don't you think that anyone who is supplementing the oils should also increase their Vitamin E or other antioxident? Most unsaturated oils create large amounts of damaging free radicals. Antioxidents are very important if you supplement these. Cindy Get email at your own domain with Mail. http://personal.mail./

Do the creams 4 times daily and use a good deep emolilent we found Urgentumn Merc was brilliant (can get over the counter in chemists) and it put in and kept a lot of moisture in the skin.
