I have been out of whack since I had my hysterectomy. I went to my favorite health food store and she gave me this cream that she has been using for 20 years now and she loves it. She never put on weight and doesn't have hot flashes. I have been on it now for 3 days and my hot flashes are going. I do take lots of calcium because the doctors have told me that if I don't I could get osteoporosis. I am just curious if anyone else out there has used this and what they thought about it.
