Guest guest
Dear Cynthia, I fully understand and I share your viewpoint on being ever watchful and prepared. I always keep a back up copy of all my sensitive and pertinent files which is fully encrypted and stored in a safe place. Doc Christopher was busted (arrested) six times and in today's computer age, if I was ever placed in that position by some FED walking off with my computers (which they do nowadays when they raid a place for any reason), I'd be back up and running in a few hours to maybe a day with 99% of my files in tact. Another safe practice is to have program like pcAnywhere and swap your sensitive files with a friend who also has a computer. Using PGP (pretty good privacy) you can encrypt your files and send 'em over the modem to a friend's computer. At this time, PGP is fully safe and can not even be broken by the big government boys. As I said earlier, the only thing they could do would be to close the list down, and I have everyone's data and e-mail addresses. It might take as much as a week, but herbal remedies would be up and running in that time. Along with many other activists across the globe who are sharing experiences, I think precaution is a word to the wise. This is not meant to create fear or panic, just the opposite. Learning to live with ones eyes open allows one many advantages, not the least of which, is time to think and time to consider the possibilities.
