Hi Sorcy,

Obviously I have to print this out as well as your

other last really big informative one on this subject.

You are a powerhouse of information and so helpful.

OK, I see! You do the " variety " thing! You pick and

choose according to what you feel like, but you use

the oils pretty evently, whatever those oils are that

you decide to use at any given time. At least that's

what it sounds like.

By the way, have you ever tried Sea Buckhorn Oil? With

all the oils you mentioned, I was wondering if you or

anyone else had any experience using it. This one is

kind of new to my oil archive. :o) Smells kind of

awful, but I like what it's supposed to do, so I use a

" little. " That's also a good idea because of its

spooky price (4 fl oz - $ 43.69). I have no way of

knowing if it really is as good as it says, since I

mix it with other stuff, but it " feels " like it is.

injuries and condiotions of mucous membranes. The

ability of Sea Buckthorn oil to promote skin

restoration of the epidermis after cosmetic laser

surgery. Due to natural richness in nutrients,

essential for the skin metabolism, Sea Buckthorn oil

effectively combats wrinkles, dryness and other

symptoms of malnourished or prematurely aging skin and

is utilized in anti-aging skin creams and lotions. It

is also used as a dietary supplement taken to improve

the conditions of the mucous membranes and as a

source of carotenes, phytosterols, and EFAs. "

Love,

Valerie
