Guest guest
Hello Everyone, I am somewhat new to herbs and want to learn as much as possible. This list is a treasure of information. Thank you. I have had problems with TMJ. Sometime the pain would be so bad, that I would not care how many pain pills I took, just as long as I could get rid of the pain. And of course when you are in that much pain, you have a hard time relating to time and remembering when you took something. The severe TMJ was corrected when I had a crown lowered. So Gina, check your crown. I could not believe the difference. After I had that fixed, I would sometimes have a dull ache, but not the severe pain. Guest guest
I do have a crown on the same side that my pain is severe. I have been using a night time mouth guard and it has helped greatly. I will have the dentist check that out. Because I had that thing put on last year and have had problems with it ever since. Thanks for the suggestion. Gina
