I do certainly smoke for relaxation, and tho I have epilepsy I find that smoking a pipe some nights does help me sleep, and reduces seizures when seizures are usually the worst. But I do not overdo it; I do not smoke daily or even weekly. I will try the herbs you have mentioned. Thanks again!
