Dear List:

Are there any herbs which are safe, if not good, to smoke?? I know

most of you are probably against smoking, but I do smoke a pipe now and

then, fulled with vanilla tasting tobacco! anyone else?

Dear Laura:

Thanks so much for your reply. I do certainly smoke for relaxation, and tho I

have epilepsy I find that smoking a

pipe some nights does help me sleep, and reduces seizures when seizures are

usually the worst. But I do not overdo

it; I do not smoke daily or even weekly. I will try the herbs you have

mentioned. Thanks again!
