A friend gave me Motherwort tincture and told me it helps with the bad

mood/irritable pms thing.

Definitely works for me!

I must get more, LOL. I call it my " Cranky Juice " :)

Dandelion is supposed to help with water retention but it hasn't worked for

me. Maybe I'm not taking it enough though.

Help I'm drowning.

What herbs are best to treat the effects (physical and emotional) of

PMS.

As I have grown older I grow increasing less able to cope with it.

Even chocolate doesn't help any more. :)

I have always found that large doses of calcium and b vitamins as well as

evening primrose oil help.

Of course, I ALWAYS use it (PMS) as an excuse to eat chocolate!! LOL!

Dandelion doesn't work for me either.

There is a formula in the files for PMS. I take it, and it helps my

PMS. Regulates it too. As for cramps if you have them, it doesn't help

mine. I think its more for balancing the hormones.

Trust me, I know how you feel, (two weeks a month for me) ;)

Take good care and have a great day.

Love,

Renee and Jerry
