Guest guest
Jamie, I make an herbal salve that I just love. I put all my herbs in one cup of olive oil and simmer over very low heat for 2-3 hours then strain with cheese cloth. I then mix with melted beeswax and add essential oils. I just love it. It helps relieve pain, itching, and all around boo boo salve. I also make a bar for arthritis and joint pain. I have a nerve disease that causes severe pain and this really helps when my muscles swell and cause pain. Essential oils are wonderful for pain. Guest guest
I have a question. When making salve do you have to strain the infused oil? Couldn't one just leave in the herb or root?? I realize it may be a bit messy but I don't want to leave out any good stuff Thanks, Jamie
