Guest guest
Take a course of biofeedback training; focused on relaxation of muscles of the head and face. Practice breathing exercises along with visualization exercises. Experiment with guided imagery therapy. Have some cranial work done by an osteopath trained in craniosacral technique. One session may be enough; the practitioner can tell you whether you need any more. Try acupuncture for symptomatic relief. Use calcium and magnesium (citrates or gluconates) as muscle relaxants: 1,000 milligrams of each at bedtime and 500 milligrams of each twelve hours later. Continue these supplements as long as symptoms persist. Take good care and have a great day. Love, Renee and Jerry
