But what I have used it for is really bad food poisoning that didn't respond to digestive enzymes and garlic (my usual remedy). The GSE knocked it right out almost immediately -- fever gone, nausea/diarrhea stopped, abdominal cramping stopped. I don't know what method they use for the extraction process -- I used a brand called Citricidal on the recommendation of a friend who got tired of watching me be miserable with the food poisoning (that's what I get for eating at a salad bar -- stupid me). I just know it worked almost like magic, so I do wonder what else might be in it. The ingredients only list " patented Citricidal GSE " and vegetable glycerin.
