Penny can I send you what I think is a Nettle, in a envelope-would it be unrecognizable to you when you got it? I'm in Okeechobee. If I am wrong or right, I want to know it.

Elaine, do you have a scanner, so you could just scan in an image of the plant? Joanie

huh?

oh...my post to elaine?

I was just suggesting that she scan the plant she cannot identify for sure,

to send it or upload it for identification....

me, I learned to identify the nettles in my backyard *first*...ummmm..when I

was probably 2.

A very long time ago....Nixon was *vice* president. Clinton was in grade

school. Queen Elizabeth was new to the job. Fidel Castro thought of

himself as a baseball player. James Dean was still driving cars around.

Elizabeth Taylor had only been married twice. Grace of Monaco was making

movies for Alfred Hitchcock....

argh...what else...anyway..i *do* know nettles...ha ha ha! Joanie

Thank You Sorcy but definitely not henbane (I just looked it up) the leaves

are completely different. The leaves of what I have look exactly like the

pictures of stinging nettle... it's the size/shape of the plant itself that's

confusing me. I guess I'll just have to let them grow to find out ;)

Thanks for the effort though :)

Dena, wishing someone lived near me that could just SHOW ME out whats what!
