Dear Joannie,

Yes, Ihave heard about the high heels and tight jeans....

There is a " tummy snapping " exercise in Yoga specifically designed

to make sure all these organs are stong and remain in place....Love

Can you describe how to do that asana ?...sounds very handy to me.

Did you also do yoga before giving birth ? If so, do you think that's

why you were able to stay lucid and pain free enough to deliver your own

children ?...(my mind is still blown over that one)
