I would think to remove toxin build-up and parasitic infestation.

I think that is what it said. I feel real good after I do it- have done it

twice. It also helps with elimination. Chapparral taste horrible as a tea- I

will warn you now.

Thanks & God Bless,

21-day Chaparral Cleanse

Put 1 tsp.Chaparral( not powder) in a cup.Add 1 cup of very warm water,Not

boiling.Cover and let stand over night, strain out chaparral, drink the tea on

a empty stomach first thing in am.Don't throw the chaparral away.Do the same

thing again, warm water, cover set over night.Drink first thing in am.DO all

this again. After the third use throw the chaparral away.Continue this

process for 21 days.

I get pretty emotional when I do this but feel great after it's all done.

i found this in a book by Lalitha Thomas.

( she says she does this once a year and her students do it up to twice a

year)

I don't see why not. I tinctured mine and use it but haven't used it for

the 21 day cleanse yet.

Just remember it is much stronger in tincture form.

God Bless,

Jamie
