I am sending this post from a man who is trying to let everyone know just

how much he used CS and how useful it is in everyday life. You may be

surprised at how many ways it is used. (see below)

<<got up brushed teeth w/CS gargled w/CS rinsed mouth w/CS took approx 1 oz

straight followed by 8 oz 99water. shaved sprayed CS as aftershave.went to

kit to make coffee. soaked fresh dishrag in CS from squirt bottles by sink.

let dogs in from daily run and did vermin check.found one dug in tick i

obviously missed yesterday.sprayed w/CS and dug tick out w/pin. sprayed w/CS

again.split firewood. wife got splinter. dug out same way as tick CS/CS.

came in for lunch. salad fixins soaking in CS rinse wife preparing supper.

BEANS soaked in CS first of course.will update journal this evening>>
