Guest guest
Dear Laura, My personal guru on Minerals and Vitamins is Hanna Kroeger. I carried her book Instant Mineral vitamin Locator around thru three continents. Bought it in 1972 and it has been a lifesaver. She reckons magnesium gluconate is utilized particularly well with nerves and Magnesium Phosphate with cramp. She recommends magnesium oxide when muscles ache, pain and become stiff. In her recent book - Heal Your Life with Home Remedies and Herbs - she says the Magnesium Herbs are :- Broom tops, Carrot leaves, Devil's bit (never heard of this one), Meadowsweet, Mullein leaves (which is in the Bone Flesh and CArtilage formula..hmmmm.),Nettle (so that is why nettle tea is so good for menstal cramps), Primrose and Walnut Leaves (interesting - not Walnut Bark -first time I have heard of Walnut Leaves being used for anything...). I should really re-study her work . In particular her latest.................Love Penny (loking at the clock and wishing there were 6 extra hours between 8 and 9 p.m.)

Of course there could be more just to confuse the issue.............Joan ************************* joanr My Country Garden http://mycountrygarden.net
