Thank you very much for telling us about your husband and VERY WELL DONE ON

GETTING HIM TO TAKE ALL

THAT'STUFF'!!!!

It's posts like yours that make the hours on the computer worth

while...........Lots of love and hugs Penny

(by the way - one of the best relaxation techniques is stretching exercises like

Yoga...)
