Dear Herbalists,

I have recieved this request from a fellow kayaker -

" I am researching the use of herbs during the Renaissance period, I

wondered if you might have any information on the subject, my search

on the internet has not proved as helpful as I had hoped. "

The 14th to 16th centuries- also later renassiance went until the

18th century.

Culpepper would be in there somewhere.

Renaissance means rebirth- the whole arts, religion and science thing

was all being explored.Lenardo De Vinci and the likes.
