Guest guest Posted January 30, 2001 Report Share Posted January 30, 2001 DEar Pearl, Yes, this may seem odd - but take a TEASPOON of Cayenne Pepper in a glass of water in the morning before you go to work. Put it in a quarter of a glass. Stir it. Swallow quickly and then drink another glass of water. You will probably hiccup. Do this after you have eaten. Don't do it tonight otherwise you won't sleep as this will also wake one up and give one lots of energy.
