I have floor vent that heat goes thru that I can put the jars on, but the heat wont be steady, just intermittant. That probably isnt a good idea right? I tried infusig calendula once on the stove, but couldnt keep at the 120 degrees, and my crockpot is to big. I infuse my herbs for soapmaking as well as salves. I have a little electric space heater going in the bedroom at night. I've noticed that if I put my coffee pot of herbs and olive oil in front of it, it warms up to 105 degrees (not higher:) And I recently noticed that I can put my jar or coffee pot on the stove. You know, that space in the center where the pilot light warms? Well I finally found a use for that annoying hot spot :0) Blessings, Michelle-Lee
