My only disagreement is the statement that human beings don't make bones after 30. That is far from the truth. It has been clinically proved that women of over 85 have built up bone mass by weight bearing exercises. Even without the correct diet.... We can increase the calcium in our bones at any age. However, the SPEED of increasing diminishes with age........(unless we are totally vegbetarian, no alcohol, no coffee and lots of exercise....etc...).........Love PEnny Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
