Guest guest
Hi! I don't think I've introduced myself yet but since I have a question, I thought it would be a good time. Briefly: My name is Hope. I'm a graphic designer with 10 years experience running a business from my home part-time- ish. Besides that I'm a mom to a wonderful 3yo DS, married to my best friend and am addicted to making my own soaps and toiletries. Now that addiction is spilling over into health related items! Which is why I'm here. My question... I was poking around in the files area and saw " Female Formula Recipe & Instructions. " Read it and had a couple of questions: 1. with the exception of the hops flowers...are the rest tinctures/extracts? 2. by what method to you incorporate the hops flowers? infusion? Thanks. I'm sure these are pretty beginner questions, but that's what I am. This year is the first time I took Echinacea extract after being around lots of fluey people. Couldn't find any definite doseages so I did 15 drops 2X per day for 7 days. Does that sound right? The first couple of days, I could taste the extract all day. Seemed to go away after that. Well, back to work. Thanks, Hope in CA
Guest guest
Hi,Hope I do believe they are all tinctured- either together as a whole or seperately and then mixed together.June > > My question... > I was poking around in the files area and saw " Female Formula Recipe & Instructions.
